I was a dancer for 17 years in my youth. I’ve worn thousands of different kinds of tights. Most were for performance and competition so the shine that the dance tights had was a normal thing. But now as an adult I can’t stand to wear sheers simply because I grew up wearing tights. My legs look horrible through the sheers and they get cold easily. It took me forever to find tights that didn’t have that “show shine”. I just wanted my legs to look normal. Like I wasn’t wearing anything. THESE TIGHTS ARE IT. Wearing closed toe shoes, there is no way to tell I am wearing tights. They have the slightest shine to them that resembles moisturized skin. They are warm, thick enough not to tear, suck you in without being too tight or uncomfortable, even gave my old booty a little lift. And for the price?!? Especially when you are used to paying $20-$30 per pair just to have them rip after 2 uses. I’m going back to this brand and buying extras so I don’t have to worry about not having clean ones, also to buy what ever colors they have! For reference- I purchased a large. They are thick and feel very high quality. I've had brands that cost $20 per tights. They hide my leg tattoos perfectly for dance and are breathable. The color is a bit darker than I was expecting, but I'd rather have them slightly darker, especially for theater.

Let me start this by saying I’m SUPER pale. So this really is an issue only for those of us with the complexion of Casper the Ghost buuut, I really wasn’t expecting these tights to be the color they were. I should’ve read the color name a bit closer haha. Great tights, not see through at all. Fit well. Didn’t run at all and are really thick and good for the winter. I wore these when it was 12 degrees out. But they looked a bit odd next to my arms and chest for comparison. The tights are genuinely TANNED in tone. Extremely opaque, I have a tattoo on my leg that I cover for work so they get the job done. I’m 210lbs and 5’5, size 14 in pants and wear the XXL comfortably.
