Not sure how much of it was the manuka honey eczema cream or my 4 day prolonged water fast, but the combination of the two cleared up a really bad, thick, red patch of eczema on my neck. Eczema is usually related to a leaky guy and a microbiome in disarray, so I'm sure the fast had a lot to do with it. Regardless, the cream provides itch relief and moisturizing that I really like. Will definitely buy again as necessary.
