I tried all the other tricks before purchasing this with the jack and ratchet straps, though it was a little bit difficult to understanding how this thing works at first, once I did, it worked amazing. Worked great However, there needs to be a longer front arm to be able to bring the tool more upright On some wheels and add a rubber cap to protect the wheel. I used electric tape wrapped several times around to protect the wheel.

The first time I used it, it flew of the tire. Fortunately, I wasn’t down range. Be careful with this or any similar tool.

Simplified the process of bead breaking the tire. Not much effort needed when used with impact. To protect my rim from damage when installing and tightening, i cut a couple of rectangles from a thick plastic bottle, like an orange juice bottle etc. then zip tied those down to the claw portion.

Would not work as described and will not work on certain aluminum rims.

Works like it should, breaks the bead easily. The only criticism is if you have alloy rims you'll have to put something under the claw otherwise it will scratch the wheel.

It saved me time and money getting breaking the beads on my ATV rims. May scratch the inside of aluminum rims a bit and slightly difficult to use, but not sure there is a better option out there for the price. Steel rims should be no problem. Make sure you have an impact for the bolts or it will take all day.
