    • Terrible product and aweful support
Purchased this ice maker, paid to have it professionally installed. Machine worked for less than two weeks before breaking. Searched for technicians, none to be found, called Manitwac who provided a list of companies of which I was only able to get one to respond. Technician came, paid him $250 to tell me it was a broken pump that was on national backorder. Waited six months, no pump. Called Manitowac, a month later a new pump showed up. This pump worked for a month and broke again. Horrible product and aweful support. I have essentially a $3,000 new boat anchor that can’t be used. Don’t buy this product. ... show more
