Love this Machine! It’s sleek and way more portable than a gas generator. We immediately took it to a tailgate event and it was a game changer! I just recently opened up my new Mango Power Unit E and am already in love with it. Great packaging in the box and easy to turn on and set up. Initial thoughts were it is very sturdy and seems built to last. This generator is perfect to power things like your refrigerator or internet network in the event of an outage. Having the Mango generator now brings me a since of peace and preparedness knowing that my family and I will have back up power for our home in case of emergency.     • First time use, was drained in 3 hours
We plugged this in to our camper 30A and ran a few lights but once we turned on the electric fireplace, it went from 100% down to 35% in just a couple hours. We are not very impressed with this product so far. I guess for the price, we were expecting a lot more out of the Mango E.

This Power station arrived in a well packaged double boxed carton so there is no freight damage. I got the product to keep my key appliances running in a power outage and this beast delivers. It weighs over 100 pounds but has wheels to move around easily. Kept our fridge cold preserving our food almost 1 week. and had enough power to recharge computers phones and watch TV. I will be using it now to run my home office including my computer, coffee maker mini fridge and other devices. A neat feature is the power surge protection for anything plugged into the Mango.     • solid but costly
Initially I was a little skeptical about acquiring this item at the price point given. It is a substantial amount of money to spend on a nicely packaged unit that contains some batteries and essentially an inverter unit. After a bit of time and some use I can offer the following pros and cons to this Mango Power E power station. Pros: - comes very well packaged to protect the unit from any sort of shipping damage (for such a heavy product) - the unit itself has probably one of the best casing, design, and high quality level that I have found in portable power systems. Bluetti power units is one that has a comparable outer casing...another decent product - easy to use with a nice touch screen display clearly showing the power status, charging, and power application - the Fast Charging' function holds true to its advertisement. It does indeed charge quickly as you can visually see the wattage increase once this option is easily activated via the touch screen - the unit has a solid pull-up handle with relatively small caster wheels to help with the mobility of it - There are plenty of output ports for a wide range of applications - the power supply itself appears to last as advertised. Obvisouly the more you hook appliances or whatever to it the more it is going to draw down the power. Overall it draws the right amount of power and lasts a good amount of time for basic electrical devices that we use it for (lights, TV, mini-fridge, etc.). I am satisfied with the level of power consumption and the duration of time that the unit will hold up to. - it has the functionality/ability to have another unit added to this to more than double your power supply source ( a good option) Cons: - the cost is extremely high. I would have given a four rating if the cost point was lower. A reasonable price for a unit of this nature should be in the range of $1500. - the unit itself is very heavy. it is not as easily portable as the pictures and words describe. It weighs over a 100 lbs. The smaller size wheels makes it a challenge to maneuver on the ground or on most surfaces. There are two side handles that are used to lift it but it is not light or small. - Although the touchscreen is nice, it is too small. For the amount of space available on the front, I would think that the screen could be a bit bigger. You have to bend down to get a good look at what buttons you are pushing to activate AC/DC/or fast charging. The size of the icons are too small. - the unit came with only 2 input charging cables...it is missing or does not come with the 3rd E-Link port cable which would encourage customers to possibly buy another power unit to attach to this one. Hope my thoughts and feedback help you in your consideration in buying or not buying this product. ... show more

Got it and it was shipped FedEX Freight, on a pllet that may be heavier than the unit itself. Had fun trying to get it up to apartment. Took it off pallet at door and put it on my cart. Packaging is awesome, no way to break it in shipping. Came 65% charged, took less than an hour to get to 99%. I have issues with power outages in my area and have regular UPS Battery Backups like Tripp Lite and CyberPower but those only last 2 hours at best, even the 1500 & 3000 watt ones so I got this to handle my modem, router and other essentials so i won't be stuck in the dark ages. Also got Solar Panels to go with it. I plan on adding the 3.5kwh addon as well so I can go a day or more if needed. Our power was out for almost 2 days a couple years ago and that was horrible, ended up getting a hotel room for the second day. ... show more

I can't find out how to register the guarantee. Since it is on a pilot and I live across the boarder could not get it sent to my PO box, so once was sent back, I asked for a replacement and it was sent right away. I then got hold of Flex and ask to hold it at the depot. That worked fine. The day after I got it my electric in my house was down for 3 days. I had it on my freezer, refrigerator, TV, all cell phones my Kindle books. One neighbor did not get his electric turned off and took my unit to recharge it up again. I am going to get solar panel so I can recharge it myself. You never know in Mexico when you will need it! ... show more
