To be perfectly honest, I had seen these toys with the handles on them and laughed or written them off for looking silly or gimmicky - as if the toys were becoming gamified. My, was I wrong. This is a game changer. And not in the cliche way that lots of people refer to things that are simply an update. I'm talking about this toy shifting the way future toys should (and will likely) be designed, for multiple reasons: 1. The main barrel/tube actually holds a seal for the sucking component. This is the best and most effective seal of any toy like this I've tried. 2. The main barrel/tube is affixed to the silicone ring at the entrance. This is great for two reasons: (a) it maintains suction on both ends, as the ring doesn't shift around or bunch up inside, and (b) there's one less thing to drop/get extra messy, clean - you clean and store away the entire barrel and ring at once instead of having multiple pieces floating around. 3. The inner "cup" for the main silicone piece is sealed in place to the motor. No more needing to pop that off and on for no reason. It's just in place. It just works. It's not a huge deal, but it makes the quality of the item and the experience that much more satisfying. 4. The power - this thing is MIGHTY. Both the suction and the thrusting/spinning are top-notch. If they added a vibrating function they would wipe out every competitor this thing is so good. Until then, these are great and powerful. 5. It has potential but in its current design it is VERY DANGEROUS. There is no quick vacuum release button !!!! The entry hole is large enough to suck in more of your stuff than you intend and it is very painful. The shut off button takes three seconds to shut off. Do you want that kind of pain for 3 seconds?? Even then, the vacuum does not release. Your stuff is still stuck inside there with no easy way to get back out. That is totally ridiculous design for what is supposed to be a pleasure toy. There is no safe version of this toy available. Also, the app is virtually useless but since it can be used with full functions without the app, that is a minor negative.

Hoping the censors don't delete this because of the title, but let's face it, this is an adult toy. If you're reading this, you already know what the product is. Okay, it's a fairly simple toy, with two main functions: rotation and vacuum suction. And it performs those functions extremely well. Since the review title refers to the vacuum, I'll start with that. It has five levels of suction, and by the time you get past the third level, it's pulling about as hard as you can imagine. In fact, if I don't have a proper seal, it will essentially do a reverse fart, losing a lot of pressure in the process. Having said that, though, I've found that I still have to power cycle two or three times at the end of a session for the release valve to open enough for me to pull out. Rotation has seven levels. The first two basically rotate in a single direction (one clockwise, the other counterclockwise). Levels 3 through 7 introduce direction reversal as well as pauses in rotation, providing several different sensations. The motor is fairly strong, even when the vacuum pulls me in far enough that I "bottom out," which, by the way, adds to the layers of sensations. Then there's the JoyHub app. With this, you can change the speed of rotation (including pause) as well as controlling the vacuum, which I sometimes really enjoy. Cleaning is simple, as there are only two parts that really need washing, and they're very easy to clean. The main housing claims to be waterproof, though I haven't tested it (and don't intend to). Still, to clean that, I'll wring out a Clorox/Lysol wipe until it's barely damp, then wipe down the main housing. Oh, one final note: some toys are opaque or dark, but this one is clear, so you can see exactly what's going on. That has occasionally been enough to take me from "edge" to "finish."

Ordered this about a week ago. Discrete packaging so that’s definitely a plus. Worked great the first time but I noticed the sucking function stopped working after the first use. Rotating works great still but I guess the pump function just stopped working.
