This device ended up being much better than I expected for the price. The suction is strong and consistent, the vibration settings offer enough variety to switch things up, and the two sleeves actually provide noticeably different sensations instead of feeling like cheap extras. The battery life has been impressive. I've used it multiple times between charges without any issues. It works well with both the buttons and the app, which is nice because you're not forced to use your phone. I also didn't need nearly as much lubricant as I expected compared to similar toys I own. A small amount was enough for everything to function smoothly. The fit is snug, which is expected for a product designed to create suction, but it is comfortable and maintains a good seal during use. The app works and connects properly, but the media selection seems a bit limited. I'd like to see more media or interactive features added in future updates. Overall, I give the product 5 stars and would recommend it.

This is a game changer and I can guarantee that it will be one of the best male pleasure toy purchases you will make! This excels at suction - I mean it really does. The silicon base forms a strong vacuum with your member and it is far stronger than any I have tried. The real fun comes when the unit applies and then releases the suction. The clear chamber if cool because if you are like me, this product will extend your member further than you might imagine. Another really nice thing about this product is that you need not have a full engorgement - once you get it inserted into the silicon collar the product will then provide enjoyment and with careful holding the product will keep your less than engorged member inside the chamber and will still provide pleasure. The product also has vibration capability, which is a nice way to augment the suction fun, but that suction fun is the main draw here. BTW - when I say "suction" this refers to both the sensation of "sucking" as well as the sensation of "thrusting", albeit to a somewhat lesser degree on the latter. And I also have to mention the great fun with the smartphone app. The app and the product connect easily over bluetooth. The app provide manual controls, but frankly for manual control the controls on the front of the unit are the way to go. The app is the most fun when used with the many "videos". Yes there is an actual short, repeating "video" of different PG-rated scenarios with music, but frankly I turn down the sound and ignore those - what I enjoy is that each video provides a different set of suction & vibration experiences. You can tag the ones you like best if you sign up for a free account on the app. Bottom line (no pun intended) - this will be one of the best investments you can make in creating male please with a strong emphasis on suction. I ended up test running this item today and it definitely didn't live up to the hype. Not in the product description and advertising, and not in most of the reviews. You get no real value for your money and a basic onahole or even your hand will likely be more effective. (It is in my case at least.) First off, it's pretty loud. Not "jet engine" loud... but let's say that I'm glad I used it with nobody else at home because I'm pretty sure they would have heard it at least in the next room. (And I have pretty solid walls.) The closer you get to the top end of the suction, the more noise it makes... not just the vacuum, but it starts to rattle a little as well, and make a bubbling noise like it's trying to pull air past the sleeve. You have to use a lot of lube for decent insertion, at least if you're a bit more... girthy. This also kills some of the stimulation level, which means the texture inside the sleeve doesn't really do much. If you don't use enough, the silicone is going to start creating a lot of traction that is rather uncomfortable, to say the least. (Imagine someone brushing duck tape across the lower hairs to tug at them.) Yes, it's easy to clean, but you'd better be ready to take some time at it because getting the lube and what little other fluids there are will be a bit more time consuming than if the texture were better or didn't require so much lubrication. Even watching one of my favorite videos for added visual and auditory stimulation didn't make this item all that enjoyable to use. Ultimately I ended up giving up on it and finishing myself off with my hand, which gave more stimulation if I'm going to be honest. The variety of settings is ok, but there doesn't feel like there's all that much difference in the settings from one interval to the next... so it's difficult to find any combination that actually hits right. The worst thing about this waste of money is that because it's a "personal use item", you can't return it or get a refund. So the best I can say is that you're better off just saving your money.

I think it's important for potential buyers to understand that "pumps" are typically not masturbation aids and are generally used more for enlargement or as potential treatments for ED, neither of which are they a miracle device for (which is not a negative for this specific product). I'm sure some men find pleasure in using them, but typical penis pumps can not only cause harm, but at least for myself, I find them the opposite of pleasurable to use. Having said that, I use pumps for rehab from prostate removal, not for masturbation. Traditional pumps can be uncomfortable and downright painful even when used correctly. I found that pumps with full sleeves provide support and not only feel better, but tend to be safer as they hold the skin to the muscle and are less prone to causing blisters (there's a medical term for this but I don't recall what it is). In terms of a "penis pump", I found this to be one of the best ones I own. I think the only thing keeping me from giving it a full 5 stars is the lack of replacement sleeves. The sleeve, while durable, will eventually break down and wear out. Since the design is unique to the pump you can't simply buy a replacement. This may or may not be a problem depending on how often you use this and how much care is taken with cleaning etc. The sleeve and pump design is quite nice in that it has a generous opening that tapers. If you've ever tried to get a flaccid penis into a traditional pump you know it's not easy. If you're using a pump for rehab, this is important as you're most likely using it because of ED. The tapered opening of this makes it MUCH easier for the pump to pull you in painlessly. Traditional pumps generally have 2 controls, suction and release. This might work well for enlargement where you try to create and maintain suction for longer periods of time, but if you're trying to stimulate nerves for rehab they're quite annoying to use. This has an "automatic" mode where it will creation suction for a period of time, then release, pause and repeat. There are 3 options for operating in this mode. Then there are an additional few options that are similar but use varying durations for the suction, release and pause timing. You can also operate it in a more traditional pump fashion by using the automatic mode, once the desired suction is reached double-press the suction button to turn off automatic mode and it will hold that level for as long as you want. Then there's a semi-automatic mode where you hold the bottom button to create suction as long as it's held, and it will release once you release the button. There is also vibration which helps this cross over into the masturbation side of things. If vibration is your thing, you can turn it on/off with a few varying patterns and strength. You can use vibration with or without the pumping enabled. It charges using a standard USB C port. The battery life seems quite good. I haven't timed how long it will last on a full charge, and I'm sure that varies based on how long the pump and vibration motors are on. I've had no problems with running cycles for an hour or so. This is also able to connect to a phone/app using Bluetooth. If you think, as I did, that even if none of the automatic modes suit you but you'll just use the app to tailor it to what you need/want, you will be disappointed, as I was. The app can't make the pump do anything that the buttons can't do. The app will sort of remotely push the buttons for you. So if you want a certain suction strength, speed, hold, release pattern, you can't do that with the app. My initial review was pretty critical due to this, but after reconsideration I realized the seller never said the app would do that. Just because I hoped it would and it didn't, didn't make the product bad. I still haven't found the perfect pump to suit my needs, but after trying (and wasting money on) several, this one is back in service and getting used more often. As a penis pump I think it's one of the better options out there. As a masturbation device I think it's best suited for cases where you struggle with more traditional sleeves etc due to ED. As long as you're OK with this potentially being disposable due to the proprietary TPE sleeve then I think it's a great option. I have been in contact with the seller and they were willing to provide a replacement sleeve. I hope they include a link or verbiage in future revisions of the product (or even here on the Amazon listing) telling users how to buy a replacement. If you're able to get replacement sleeves I'd give this 5 stars.
