This doesn't photograph well (it's much darker in real life than the photograph online would suggest). Both cap and pencil are actually a deep wine color. The consistency is creamy; it doesn't feel drying, but... I don't think it would last a few sips of coffee and any conversation never mind a full day without continuous touch ups. Again, the texture is nice (almost like a creamy moisturizing lipstick), but it comes right off. I will not repurchase, but if I ever want wine lipstick, I'll use this. ... show more

It was delivered today. I decided to try it out with the lipstick and it broke!! I thought, no problem, I’ll just turn the base and push up some more. Nope. There is no turning base because the teeny, tiny broken tip is all there is!
