When this product arrived the box was damaged, but the parts still looked good. Added batteries and the product worked fine. Some concerns I have is some of the pieces to hook on the brush to spin barely fit and I can only use 3 out of the given amount. Makes me wonder after a couple of uses if the silicon will split, meaning I can’t use it anymore. I didn’t see any replacement pieces so I guess after they break I will have to buy a whole new machine or find another tool. Also I wish there were different settings. The only setting I found is fast, which sucks when your trying to actually clean your brush. The fast setting works fine to dry, but I wish there was a clean setting and dry setting. Overall not bad for the price, luckily I don’t use make up everyday so I think I will get a good amount of time with this product.. I can’t say the same for those who wear make up constantly.

I washed all my brushes with this product this morning for the first time. It was so easy and the brushes were clean so much faster. I need to find a basket or something for storage in between uses. I’d rather not have it sitting on the counter all the time.

The media could not be loaded. One thing I noticed if your brush is heavy it will not spin fast enough to clean. All other brushes will clean good.

Love this product. Saw it a while back and just hadn't had a need for it until recently. Very easy to use and cleans my brushes really well. The only thing that's difficult about it is when you pull off the little nubs from the device, that little square one that's got two sizes. It's really hard to pull off. I end up struggling forever to get it. At one point I ended up taking the nail puller side of a hammer and just slipping it off using that.

While this cleaner does clean most of my makeup brushes, it isn't universal for all makeup brush brands. I have a set of Paris Hilton makeup brushes, and the adjustable parts do not fit those brushes. However, using this cleaner with my Real Perfection makeup brushes, the parts fit perfectly on them.
