It comes flat, I should have expected that. It’s not as well made as I hoped it would be but after it’s used awhile it shouldn’t fold in on itself. I won’t return it, I’ll still use it.

I was surprised when i received this bag in a flat box! It’s a beautifully made cosmetic bag but getting the wrinkles out was very difficult due to the folding it into the box for shipping. If u don’t care? Its perfect. I used a steamer to get most of the wrinkling, not totally.
