The media could not be loaded. I love matcha but it’s such a pain to make it and I don’t have time. So I was looking for a convenient way to make matcha but doesn’t taste like the instant tea bags. This is like having a espresso machine (not a pod-based nespresso) but for matcha. Super easy to use. Tastes great!

We first discovered this incredible maker while dining in our room at the Single Thread restaurant (3 star Michelin and recently named top 2 restaurants in USA and top 50 in the world). The matcha maker was co-created with the company Cuzen Matcha and the owner/chef of the restaurant. The quality of the matcha is top notch and the machine makes it incredibly easy to have perfect matcha every time. Also the company is constantly sharing amazing single thread drink recipes and food recipes you can make using the matcha which is a great bonus

There’s nothing I typically love more that beautifully executed works of technology. I was so excited to get this as I had been wanting it for awhile and finally caved. Soon after receiving it truly felt lackluster. Matcha is fine but that’s about it, sometimes clumpy but not the end of the world. I wasn’t truly disappointed until I had a run in with their subscription service online. After months of receiving updates via email and having a subscription account I tried to cancel and order and I couldn’t log in or even troubleshoot via “forgot password”. After contacting the service (which granted was a quick response) they sent me an activation email and said “ We have checked your account setup and the fact that we can send an account invite means the activation was not completed when you created your account.”. Since I had been receiving emails about my account points for months and was never sent an email to fully activate my account I’m not sure how one would ever “fully activate” their account without contacting them via email first. Machines with a more luxe branding need friendly usable user interfaces, websites and customer service. Especially if users are subject to be lifelong customers via tea leaves exclusive to their brand. I will be selling my machine on Facebook marketplace to not have to deal with their subscription service again.

Overall, this is a wonderful product and I am glad I have made this purchase. However…the only issue is with the leaves themselves that are provided by the company. Most of these leaves (from all the blends) are picked from the spring harvest, which is the earliest time to pick matcha leaves. This means the leaves are immature, and are more likely to make a person impulsive. I used to get a matcha powder that was made from leaves from the SECOND harvest, meaning the matcha powder was the most mature powder. There needs to be an option to buy leaves SOLEY from the second harvest, because I don’t know about you guys, but I do NOT wish to be impulsive and I would hate to leave matcha out of my diet. So please, make an option to buy leaves only from the second harvest, I think it would grab a lot more interest from consumers.

Game changer. The machine is beautiful and the matcha is on par with what the baristas whip up at the best LA coffee shops. I'm so impressed with how easy the machine is to use and clean. It's fun to watch the matcha being made. It makes a perfect matcha shot you can pour over your choice of milk (or you can drink it straight). Highly recommend!

The title is how I’d describe the machine. After 3 uses, barely used, the MILL light came on. Cuzen needs to back to the drawing board when it comes to the assembly mechanism. The rubber spatula pieces are ridiculous. the amount of force required to push the spring down and twist the hopper into place is ridiculous. This whole thing is stupid and so user unfriendly and I wish I never put it on my registry because how am I supposed to use it if I can’t put it together. Either this is a bad one or the machine is very poorly thought out. The videos are not as comprehensive as a device this finicky requires. It all just reads scammy
