Love, love, love this skirt!! I would normally wear size Medium, but after reading some reviews about how small it ran I ordered one size up, Large. When I took it out of the bag today and looked at the waist it looked so small I thought, NO WAY! But, the fabric is so soft and has so much give that it was fine. In minutes I felt like I was walking around in my PJs! Yes, it’s THAT comfortable! From the side the fit is very close; it looks like I’m wearing leggings. If you think this would feel or look too tight for you, I would try two sizes up rather than one, although the thigh and leg area is the part of the skirt that fits the closest. But, I’m fine with it, and my husband said I look “great” in it - sleek and well-dressed but not “too” sexy - which was what I was going for, since I’ll be wearing it to Church! Came back online just now to order more in different colors but decided to write this review first! ... show more

I bought this skirt because I wanted a light skirt for summer. This skirt is nice and light but not too see through. I would DEFINITELY size up one and I’m glad I did because it’s very tight fitting. I’ve been searching for weeks for a specific kind of skirt and this is it! There was an indie brand that made “skirt leggings” - midi skirts made out of soft cotton jersey that casual leggings are made of. This is the closest thing I’ve found to a dupe. Because the fabric is Jersey knit, it looks and feels like t-shirt material, so personally I would wear this in a casual context not a formal one. It’s double layered, so it helps to smooth out bumps and lumps, but I still wear shapewear underneath for that perfect Morticia silhouette. I’m only 5’5 but the skirt isn’t maxi on me as in the product photos, it comes to my upper calf about 4-5 inches under my knees. This is perfect because I didn’t want the skirt to be too long. I have a 31” waist, 41” hips, 150 lbs and got a size large. It’s a perfect fit, the waistband is not too tight but not loose, either. And the fabric hugs my body but is not constricting, so it feels really comfortable. I would 100% recommend it. ... show more

I'm so glad I ordered this skirt. It's exactly what I was looking for. The biggest surprise was the great quality of the material. It's soo soft and comfy. Definitely not thin or cheap. The opposite, its thicker stretch knit with an expensive feel to it. Based on the reviews, I decided to order a Large instead of my usual Medium and it fit perfectly. I carry my weight around the waist which is the reason I ordered a Large. I'm 5'4" tall, I weigh 155 lbs. I'm between an 8-10 in skirt size with 30" waist and the Large fit perfectly. Fit waist and still hugged my curves down to my calves. Love that there is no split on this skirt either which gives a beautiful curvy fit throughout. If I wanted a tighter fit I would have gone with the medium since it has plenty of stretch to the material. ... show more

I love these skirts! I have 3 different colors and prefer the midi length over the ankle length. The material is thick enough without feeling heavy. It will conform to your figure due to the stretchy material. No buttons or zippers to mess with. I am hoping this company will make this same skirt in denim. I hope they will read this review. I gave it 4 stars because although it fits like a medium, i wish the elastic band was a bit thicker. I don't have an hour glass shape and it pinches into my sides making it look like i have a muffin top. I took photos of it at my waist and above my waist so you can see the difference. I'm 5'2" and 125 Lbs. It doesn't fit tight at all but bc of the small waist band it makes me look heavier. Not their fault it's my own body shape but i feel if the band was at least 2-3 inches thick it would prevent that. Also, the fabric is quite thick which i like. And definitely not a clubbing skirt. More of a sitting or standing only skirt. But makes you look bomb af!!! ... show more
