Wish I'd found these sooner! I love love love these things. I also love that I can keep washing and reusing them. I use them to remove makeup and also to wipe my face after oil cleansing (with water soluble oil cleanser) and my face is happier than ever. This is the first thing I've found that truly removes my makeup completely. I cut each of these in half (sewing felt or bias tape on the exposed side so it doesn't fray) and bought two sets so I have plenty to get me through the week before doing laundry. I love these cloths! I have roseacea so washing my face can cause me to flush and my skin to become very irritated. Since purchasing these, I no longer use a cleanser in the morning, I just dampen this with warm water and wipe my face gently and my skin instantly feels fresh and clean. Because I wear water resistant sunscreen during the day, I do double cleanse at night - so I can not attest to this product being able to remove makeup completely on it's own, but I do love the way it feels to wipe off the balm/oil cleanser or micellar water from my first cleanse. Most times I still do go in with a second gentle cleanser at night just to make sure that I get everything off, and I had to knock a star off of this just for the fact that it does not remove my tubing mascara without considerable rubbing. However, I still HIGHLY recommend these, as they are super soft (they feel like a baby blanket) and since beginning using them my skin has seen definite benefits from using less products to get my face clean - my face is NEVER red and irritated after cleansing the way it used to be. Before buying these I would also use a Glycolic Acid toner a few times a week for exfoliation, but following the advice I found for these on line I've started using the side with the longer nap (the side with the tag) to lightly exfoliate my face after cleansing and I no longer feel the need for the Glycolic Acid - my skin looks really good and while "physical exfoliation" is sometimes villainized, I find that the VERY gentle exfoliation from these cloths has been far more beneficial to my skin than using a harsh acid toner. With the additional benefit that using this instead does not make my skin more sun-sensitive. And the further benefit that I am able to use these to apply micellar water and eye makeup remover which reduces the vast number of disposable cotton rounds that I used to buy!!! I really love these and have just purchased more to gift to my daughter who kept stealing mine! ... show more

I was really spectacle about this product working. I am blown away at how well these clothes really work. It took off my face makeup and my waterproof mascara and left my face smooth and soft. These work great at taking off makeup but you have to use them sparingly. On top of taking off your makeup, they will also take off your protective skin barrier on your face and lead to irritation. It's essentially like using a microfiber cloth that you would use to wash your car but on your face which can be a bit aggressive. I've used these for a bit now and I seem to have developed sensitivity to everything because I think it removed my protective skin barrier. Definitely wouldn't use these daily. Maybe use a cold cream intermittently to help keep that protective barrier healthy. Otherwise they work great. They're big enough for your face and neck and soft and fluffy So they feel good on the skin. ... show more
