I'm almost 70, and this foundation has good coverage for a red mark and freckles on my face. It does not cake in the wrinkles, and it lasts all day. I wish I had known about it when I was still working, as I worked 12-hour shifts. It is a matte finish, so it is a perfect canvas for the rest of my makeup. I ordered this because I have a very small sample of it. This is slightly heavier than the sample. It also has a slight fragrance. It's a pleasant fragrance, but the sample did not have one. After a while, I no longer notice the fragrance. One thing I especially like is the color matches my skin color almost perfectly. That's hard to find. Beautiful, flawless medium to full coverage. Does not settle in fine lines and pores, and I wore it for over 26 hours without fail. This is simply the best makeup I've ever used, and I've tried many drugstore and prestige brands over the years. This felt weightless on the skin, yet covered up, without concealer, some dark spots around my cheekbone area. I'm in love with this stuff. Will be my go too from now on.
