It takes for forever for the plastic to “shrink” and the hair blow dryer blows the little wrappers around on the bracelet. They are also very hard to open the little shrink wrap pieces. It isn’t as easy as they show in the video!!!! My 5 year old hated it!!!!!

It comes with almost everything you need. The only other thing you need is a hair dryer, because the "candy wrappers" are like shrink wrap. The bracelets are pre-made and at a set length, so if you have larger wrists, you might not be able to fit the bracelets. You also only get the colors that are available, you can't mix and match the colors since everything is beaded already. Everything appears to be reusable, apparently you can rip the plastic wrappers off and reapply different ones. You can even choose which rappers you want to add on top of which color. You have enough supplies to do it multiple times. It's a whole setup, almost like a shop, which adds a fun element to the process. Perfect little fun activity that honestly would probably be used once and never again. I would say it could possibly provide around 30 minutes to an hour of fun, and you get a fun bracelet to wear after the fact. ... show more

My daughter and her friends had a blast making jewelry with these shrink kits. The bracelets are easy to make and assemble, the kids can do a lot of the work but I recommend the adult use the hair dryer to shrink them. This isn't an activity kids can do on their own but they did really enjoy it and the resulting bracelets are pretty cute. ... show more

You have to use a hairdryer to shrink the wrapper on the bracelet and the bracelet doesn't stay in place with the hairdryer on low. Impossible for an adult or a child.
