Prior to doing Uber and Lyft, I worked as a PCA for elderly mostly with hospice for more than 30 years. I decided to take a break to recharge my batteries and still give back to my community. Dr. Outnumber did a thorough job in explaining the ins and outs of both rideshare companies. I found a few tips that I can implement. I love in CT and do quite a bit of Ubering in and around Yale. As Dr Lyftnumber mentioned I provide bottled water and snacks to all my riders. But I also decided to do something more. Yale students are from around the world, so I decided iced to come up the upcoming events for CT. I also share it with all my passengers. With all these perk water, snacks and information I have a 91% average on getting a tip. Thank you Dr Lyftnuber. Charting the locations is the most valuable tool I received. I would recommend this book to anyone who wants to start a driving business when new to the industry because any reading about other people's experience, lessons learned, and resulting tips or ideas will always shorten the learning curve by months and years.
