You might even say this is handy. Seriously, this was so cool to try out on a set of tips. I have arthritis so I got to grip the tips with my fingers in a great way... my artistic abilities loved it because I could do all 10 nails without switching to my non-dominant hand. The putty gripped really well as long as you use enough and it's reusable. Just don't get product on it like I did (oops). The little nail stands really are smaller than you might anticipate, but the warning from other reviews was appreciated. Also though it makes sense because nails really aren't that big. They give a nice way to create new angles besides "on the fingers." I love the pink stands (5, clear pink) and I think it would be cute if all 10 were pink (5 are clear colorless) since the glittery flower is pink. The only thing that annoyed me is that there's only ONE magnet bar to put the little nail stands on, aside from the flower stand, so at any time in this kit only SIX nails can be displayed/worked on at once. You can work around it if you have something else magnetic. I did that, otherwise you work one hand of nails at a time. I do plan to get another set of this kit because it's so convenient. My next set: see how well I can do Lazy Girl poly gel method This was really great and ridiculous at the same time because it was the one thing I didn't know I needed for the last year. :-) Edit: I love this so much I bought the plain version which does have 10 nail stands, 10 spots & 2 bars. I just have to figure out the strip tape? I like the pink putty much better on this cute flowery variation Ignore my cuticles in the pic: I had an allergic reaction to a gel polish remover a couple weeks ago. These stands are pretty true to the pictures. They do a fine job for press on nails, however the stands are a little flimsy. Because the plastic stands aren’t filled down, they sometimes don’t fit perfectly on the flower post. So they do tend to move around if not careful.

This is a cute product for only showcasing nails, the putty is good and hold well, but theres only 1 magnetic strip to showcase 5 nails at a time, and its very small, like its meant for tweens. I thought this would be easy to hold while you polish and decorate nails "like press on nails" but bo, the magnetic strip isn't strong enough, and it's tiny. But for kids or to just press already finished nails on to maybe take pictures then this would work ok. As you can see in my pics the false nails are bigger than the stand, which causes it to fall over if you dont position the putty and the nail properly on the magnet, but its good to just showcase your finished product. Its my fault for thinking this was for me to be able to design and work on the nails, its definitely not strong enough to do that.

Okay so I used to do my own nails but I never learned what’s healthy, so I damaged my nails. Then I tried to do it the right way but idk my nails were still getting severely damaged. With all the nail products I have left over I decided to make my own press ons so my nails can heal and I can still have cute nails when I want. I do wish this set came with an extra stand so I can see all 10 nails together but it’s fine. I LOVE the flower piece, it makes it easier for me to hold and turn a single nail while I work on it. I’ve tried to make press ons without nail stands and it didn’t end well, I got gel polish everywhere. I included the first set of press ons I made in the photo. That set took 3 hours and if I was actually doing my nails it would’ve taken 8 hours.

I love this stand, it is easy to use and it is worth every penny. The individual stands are very easy to fit under a uv lamp, I can fit 3 at a time under the lamp without crowding it. the magnetic bar makes it so easy to take pictures of press ons if you plan on selling them or making a little side business with.
