I bought the MaisoNovo soap dispenser set mainly because I wanted something simple and clean looking for our kitchen counter, but after using it for a few weeks it ended up being one of those small upgrades that actually makes the space feel more put together. First impressions were very good. The packaging was secure and the set arrived without any scratches or damage. The white bottles have a soft matte look that feels modern without looking cheap, and the bamboo pumps add a nice natural contrast. Together they look minimal and calm rather than overly decorative, which is exactly what I was hoping for. The size is also well thought out. Each bottle holds 16.9 oz, which means I am not constantly refilling them. I currently have one filled with hand soap and the other with lotion, and they sit neatly on the included tray so the counter stays organized instead of having random bottles scattered around. What really surprised me was how smooth the pumps are. Some soap dispensers require a lot of pressure or feel stiff after a few uses, but these pumps dispense a good amount with a light press and return smoothly each time. No sputtering, no uneven squirts. Just a consistent amount of soap every time. The tray is another detail I appreciate more than expected. It keeps both bottles aligned and catches any stray drips. The bamboo accents on the pumps and tray tie everything together visually and make the set feel more upscale than typical plastic dispensers. I truly love this glass dispenser set. I personally purchased this item for my bathroom and it adds a much nicer look to the room. The dispenser prevents any product from being lost so it’s never sticky, and the tips never get clogged either. The sizes of the bottle are quite nice and they store a ton of product! With this being a glass item I have personally never had any problems with cracks or shattering. I’d say this set is more than worth the money!

Update: customer service is excellent. Not even 24 hrs after I posted a review they emailed asking how they can make it right. Changing from 3 stars to 5 stars because customer service is everything. Okay quality. Have had these for just under a year, the bottom wooden try is molded and the wooden ring around the dispenser has broken, I’m assuming due to water dripping on it while washing dishes and having wet hands getting more soap. They are very pretty. I’ve accidentally dropped one in the sink and it didn’t break, so it’s not extremely fragile. Over all I’m glad they at least lasted almost a year.
