These stools really brought our kitchen together. The height is perfect and so is the color. I love the distressed wood look and the seat cushions are very comfortable. I had a small issue with one seat and customer was responsive and helpful. I am beyond happy with my purchase

My husband put both stools together and the last piece was defective and he didn't want to take it all apart and exchange it so we reached out to the seller and received a response right away. A replacement part was sent right out and now we have two sturdy stools that look great and are very comfortable. My husband is 260+ lbs. and the stools hold his weight no problem. Black finish included gouges, scrapes, and chips. Some deep into the wood. After checking the listing and finding this item has to be returned by the buyer paying to ship it all the way to China (it’s heavy), we did what we could to cover up the blemishes with a black Sharpie. Then things got much worse when we attempted to assemble it. Out of the 12 screws, 4 of 3 different types of screws, 6 screws couldn’t work because the holes were too big. The screws will not tighten and simply fall out. Also, even if the screws had worked, the wood bracing pieces are not cut right and leave gaps between the legs and the brace sides. This product suffers from a total lack of quality control. Tried calling the customer support number provided, but only get a recorded message that the mailbox is full and no message can be left. DO NOT BUY THIS STOOL. You will lose your money and be stuck with something even Goodwill won’t accept. ... show more
