The chairs seem to be made well and the metal constructed of a thicker gauge metal; better than most hollow metal chair pieces found other products. The cushions material has a nice pattern and texture to them and are surprisingly rather comfortable to the bum and back. The wife and I were so pleased with this purchase, we bought the (4) pack and completed our kitchen island (total of 6). I reached out to the company's customer service and a prompt reply was given and without hesitation the company resolved my concerns. I highly recommend this product for the price point and quality.

First, the ugly: These barstools are a challenge to assemble. Putting the frame together is the easy part, so I suggest buyers start there, but attaching the seat to the back is not for the impatient. The good: The effort to assemble these barstools is rewarded by a stylish, sturdy, comfortable product. I searched a long time before I finally settled on these stools, and they have more than met my expectations. The best: The customer service is outstanding. One of the barstools was delivered with an incorrect part. The seller worked with me over Christmas Eve and Christmas to ascertain the problem and make sure I received the correct part within a week. You can order these barstools with confidence because if something isn’t right, the seller will fix the problem.
