We just received these today (after ordering yesterday, while at an airport with time to pass!)! They are beautiful and perfect counter height. The ones they replaced had been reassigned to the newly finished basement bar. These are much prettier for the kitchen, and very sturdy and comfortable to sit in. One of our little grandkids had fallen (chair and all) down several times while in the old stools. I don’t think she can as easily with these—their base of support is much wider. The faux leather seems as though it will repel liquids, too. And they were super easy to assemble. After the first (takes a minute to figure out what goes where), each took only about ten minutes. Originally bought these chairs as a (2) pack unsure of the quality, appearance, and overall sturdiness. Chair were packaged well, and instructions were straight forward. The chairs seem to be made well and the metal constructed of a thicker gauge metal; better than most hollow metal chair pieces found other products. The cushions material has a nice pattern and texture to them and are surprisingly rather comfortable to the bum and back. The wife and I were so pleased with this purchase, we bought the (4) pack and completed our kitchen island (total of 6). I reached out to the company's customer service and a prompt reply was given and without hesitation the company resolved my concerns. These chairs are excellent quality, easy to assemble, are easy to keep clean and comfortable to sit in. They look great at my kitchen island. My island is 4’ wide x 8’ long and 3 feet tall. I can get 4 chairs there with room between the chairs. The only reason I gave them 4 stars is because the back of the chairs could be a few inches higher for my taste. These counter height stools are truly perfection. First they arrived earlier than expected. Secondly, they are super easy to assemble. The chairs arrived two per box and with my kids’ help we assembled them all within about 15 minutes. Thirdly, they look amazing… super sleek, stylish and sophisticated. Fourthly they are surprisingly very comfortable. After a long day’s work, coming home and plopping down to eat dinner is so relaxing, and the foot rest on the front of the legs is an added bonus. Lastly, the chairs’ woven design adds a bit of luxe and the leathery material is super easy to clean as I dare to maintain a white kitchen with 3 kids. The only con is they are not truly white, but a little on the off-white side, so they are much warmer than my kitchen, but they still look beautiful. Overall, great buy! I purchased 2 chairs and was able to assemble them both in about 20 minutes—I think it’s a simple job for one person. There is also a pictorial style instruction sheet. You don’t need any tools, as there is a hex key/hexagon wrench and screws included in the box for each chair. I loved that each chair was boxed separately—one chair in a box, complete with its own set of 1 wrench and 5 screws secured in their own packaging and attached to a red string; you can see right away if anything is missing. The box was also surprisingly light. The chairs are the perfect height for my counter and the padding is not flimsy at all, but firm and comfortable. They’re also sturdy while you’re seated and don’t slide or rock on hardwood floors. I did wipe the chairs with a wet paper towel to test the water resistance, and I think they will handle any spills quite well. When I reached out to the company to notify them that my chairs hadn’t been delivered as noted in the tracking info, they were prompt with their response. These chairs look good at my kitchen counter. They are not too big and fit easily underneath the counter without extending into the walkway. They were so easy to assemble and are surprisingly sturdy. The fabric can be wiped off with a damp cloth making them easy to keep clean. If the back was 2 inches taller, I give it a perfect review for comfort. Even with that I love these chairs!
