Installed these are rear brakes on a longtail cargo bike replacing low quality v-brakes. These are both amazing in performance and durability. I've had them installed riding year round without any maintenance. The original pads lasted almost 4 years. I have dual piston Shimano Deore XT front brakes with 203mm rotors in the front, and the HS33s have at least as much power and responsiveness. They are a little unique to setup, but Magura has good videos online. Also, due to the pad compound, they cause a good bit of wear to the rims. ... show more

Super easy installation! Waaaaay better than stock. Just as good as disks. Comes with everything needed if you cut the brake line to fit. Comes with the crush piece. I ordered a bunch of extra pieces because the website didn’t specify. You don’t need it. Just a razor blade.
