These frames are larger than the 4x6 photos they contain, as they must be. However, my frames are 4-1/2" x 6-7/16" (nearly 4-1/2" x 6-1/2"). This leaves about 1/4" white space all around the photo if it's centered inside the frame. With newer borderless prints it looks okay. With traditional bordered prints it looks odd, especially in a collage of photos on a refrigerator. Aside from that, these plastic-sleeve, magnetic frames are sturdy and stay put. The frames are sealed on the long edges on both 6" sides, and are open on the short edges on both 4" sides (so they could be trimmed in length). Despite the two open sides, photos fit snugly between the shiny, uniform background and the thick, clear top, so there's no risk of them falling out in portrait mode. That's why I'll keep using these frames: they're lightweight and their full back is a flexible magnet, so they won't fall off and crack if bumped like my transparent acrylic frames with small magnets. ... show more

These are great and i didn't have any issues with bad quality clear plastic as others suggested. If you are OCD, some of the edges are not perfectly straight cut. Fyi. Other than that, i really enjoy these. They are a great way to preserve and display photos on metal surfaces like the fridge.

These are fantastic! I love them! They're easy to use, sturdy, and look great. Now I can display our photos in our fridge without them losing color or bending. I can't recommend them enough! I got the white ones, but I will most likely be buying their color ones too!
