This is a beautiful, high quality, and sturdy mirror. I'm far-sighted so seeing close-up is a problem for me. Most of the compact mirrors that are 15x or greater are too large, or don't come as a "compact-type" so I was thrilled to find this one. This mirror is the perfect size, and I love that it also has a regular mirror (no magnification) along with the 15x side. Love how it closes up to keep the dust out. This is a nice handy compact. Not thrilled they have their logo on it, but it’s tolerable. You could always put a pretty sticker over it. The 15x magnification on the one mirror is quite nice, and yes, you have to be very close to the mirror or you will have distortion. This is the case with any 15x mirror, and certainly one of this size. My mirror magnets work okay so far. Comes with a nice little bag to keep if from getting scratched in your purse. ... show more
