Smooth. Great ride. Plenty of clearance for small rocks, but not ideal for seriously dirty roads. I recommend getting the 90mm VOLT wheels instead. These wheels have a VERY thin contact patch. If you want to use the wheels it comes with, maybe sand them down a bit. I don't know. The wheels are almost pointed and only like a pencil thick actually touches the ground. Otherwise, solid board. When I put the Bones Speed cream on the stock bearings, you could notice a difference. But then I replaced them with Bones Reds, and I didn't notice any change. So, lube them up nicely and you should be golden This board will ride right out of the box. But I do recommend the modifications I mentioned for anyone who is like a "serious" rider. For the average longboard user, this will be your favorite board right out of the box. For the advanced people, you should adjust accordingly.

I chose this board with large wheels and low to the ground deck specifically for use with a wing (wind power), and the board did not disappoint. Big wheels travel over rough pavement, deck is low to the ground, you don't need to think about the board while you are ripping along the east side of San Francisco Bay. We will be purchasing a dozen more for our STEMsail program, introducing kids to wing foiling. Quality of wheels, truck, and board are excellent.

I am not a very experienced rider. This was actually my second board after a cheap one I got from retail. Lemme tell you it is so easy to ride. The larger Wheels make the right extremely smooth and it feels like it just rolls on forever sometimes. Extremely easy for novice riders and well built. I have yet to fall off of it

The stability of being level with the axel vs. being over it creates a much smother ride as well as being more stable beneath your feet. The wide deck offers lager footed persons, such as myself, an excellent platform. As well as contributing to the surf-like carving created by the set-up. The wheels and bearings are almost cloud like. I'm amazed at some of the stuff I can just roll over instead of being a victim of inertia. Overall this is an excellent buy. Especially for the price. My only critique would be that the bushings are a bit too soft. However $11 gets you a set of 100a bushings on here. So it's an easy fix.

At first I thought the bearings and wheels were complete junk. But I loosened all the axle nuts about a quarter turn and that freed up all the wheels a lot. They spin much better now. I had written a negative review prematurely, so I'm here to edit it now. Okay, compared to another longboard I have with regular wheels, this one doesn't seem any faster, and is slightly less comfortable. It doesn't turn as well either. I bought it for one reason--low rolling resistance and, therefore, higher speed. It should do that, but again, it feels no faster than my other board. The larger and thinner wheels should make it faster. Maybe someone could do a more careful test of that than I've done, which is just me using my impression as the sole evidence. Haven't had any problems with it otherwise.

Absolutely horrible first ride. I was extremely disappointed. I was expecting a smooth ride with less effort then my 9 year old bourd. I was dead wrong. This felt like I sprayed the wheels and bearings with some cheap glue to be polite. I will say that the rapid response was great in trying to resolve the issue. They even sent me better bearings to try to see if that would better match the description of the product as far as quality goes. The bearings did improve the distance a little bit but still isn't what the sales pitch described. You will not glide further with this setup. You have a smooth ride yes but the distance isn't greater then normal 70mm wheels. If your planning to ride to the end of the block on soft wheels a few time you will definitely get your work out because the ride per stride i would say is lacking which is opposite of what is described when purchasing. So now.. the solution of the problem.... in order for me to get what I was reading in the description I am being offered to purchase new wheels to get the satisfaction I was "sold" on.... I would say go to your local skate shop..... support local so this isn't an issue for you as well....

The media could not be loaded. Amazing! The only thing I would say that is not perfect is the bearings... they are not the worst that I have seen (been longboarding for 18 years) but with me skill level I notice its not as smooth as higher grade bearings, they are kinda loud and don't have a ton of glide when you push, but other than that I would say this is a really fun board whether you are just starting or experienced, I have enjoyed it a lot!!! Plus for the price, it's totally worth it, would spend $150 on it no problem. Also, I noticed others saying that the box was heavily damaged, but mine was in perfect condition

It’s an awesome board. I just except a “ new” board when I order a “new” board. Not looking like they covered up the scratches with a black marker. Other than that it’s cool. Maybe say when you order ….. please send me a new board. Unlike some reviews I have read about you sending used ones with scratches all over Than they might.
