Each panel represents one quadrant of the coordinate plane, complete with X and Y axes and arrows. The boards adhere securely to any magnetic surface and can be written on and erased repeatedly. Personal Experience: I’ve been wanting a magnetic grid for my steel workbench for a while, and this has been a huge upgrade over what I was using before. My old setup was just a paper grid taped to cardboard, which technically worked, but it slid around, bent easily, and needed replaced constantly. This magnetic grid sticks firmly to the steel workbench and stays exactly where I put it, so it’s always ready when I need a quick reference for spacing, layout, or organizing a project. The four‑piece modular design gives you a full 26×26 inch grid when assembled, but it’s also nice that the sections can be separated or rearranged if I only need part of the bench covered.     • So helpful for teaching anything on a coordinate plane!
The big PIA part of graphing linear equations is drawing the graph on the board so the line actually looks right. Each quadrant is a different color, which helps learning many aspects of graphing anything on a coordinate plane. These stick straight to my classroom board. It is easy to mark on and erase without ghosting even from cheap markers. My students are grasping concepts easier because this makes graphing on the board much more interactive. When students are out of their seats and actively learning harder algebra concepts, they grasp it better by doing it; whether right or wrong, they are learning. For around $25, this has been a great investment in my students' learning and very easy to share with the other math teachers to get their own. We all love these.
