Description

The Carry Lite DJ-CASE XL Plus is a very lightweight and compact carrying solution for your DJ gear and comes in a nice full-black matt finish. Constructed from laminated MDF panels and anodized aluminum profiles the Carry Lite design features a fully padded interior with a variable pick & pluck foam that allows to create individual adapted compartments for various-sized DJ gear such as Pioneer DJ Rev1, DDJ-400, Numark NV2, NI KONTROL S4 MK3 or similar-sized DJ-controllers. The pick & pluck foam consists of two separate layers providing the additional option to create another slot underneath the controller for laptop or cable storage.

Fits perfect with My SR2. I got the XL case for it and just the case alone weighs about 8 pounds. With just the SR2 and no cables in it, it weighs 16.6 so it's perfect to take around and set up for gigs when you don't need your whole DJ system. The foam on top comes out so I just put some tape on it so it wouldn't fall off every time I open it. If you’re looking for light weight- this is it. My controller has been completely safe while using it. The case itself is not aging well. The feet are rivitted on, the protective corner pieces have partially come off. I had to repair it. However, this case is EXACTLY what it is. Don’t expect to go on tour, toss it on a luggage belt at an airport. This is meant for someone that is handling their own gear & doesn’t want a fight case that will weigh 2 1/2 the times of this case. ... show more

Confidently using for Numark Mixstream Pro, No other product that fits the dimensions. Comes with 2 foam layers. Put that fatter one on the bottom. Cut the thinner one to fit into sides. First unit arrived and package looked like it had been resealed, and unit was clearly damaged. I bought new not used. Replacement unit arrived and was damaged as well. Returned both units. Please don't sell damaged returned items as new.

    • Be prepared to replace the foam. Wont last forever
Its a good case. And currently the only one that will hold a Traktor S4 MK3 that doesn't have a built in laptop stand. Stars deducted from the review for the foam. Punch foam like this doesn't hold up well to rigors of road work. lasted about 3 gigs before little cubes of foam started falling out. Now about half is missing after about 6 months. Not a big deal, just get some medium density foam and cut yourself a new insert. Wish it simply came with a solid block of foam to begin with. **UPDATE** after over a year of use, I can honestly say this case isn't that great. Foam issues aside, the side latches both bent and do not hold anymore, and several rivets have popped. Still a good case for light duty, but this will never be up to the riggers of any kind of long duration road work. ... show more

It fit the Numark Mixstream Pro set up I have. Fit well inside had to make a few moss w padding to make it snug but did the job well. Looking forward in using this to my events.
