I wanted to see if I enjoy the Magic Keyboard offered and followed a suggestion from a Apple Head friend to buy renewed here first. Very pleased with how well it works, and I am a Magic Keyboard believer now. I just wish they weren't so horribly overpriced.

As with all Apple products, this keyboard is more expensive than the alternatives. It also lacks volume and playback control buttons that seem to come standard with the other brands. That being said, I love this keyboard! I’ve tried other brands, from Logitech to the Chinese knock-offs, and none of them feel quite like the original. If you’re an Apple purist, or don’t mind paying the extra money for the brand just get this keyboard. If you have a tighter budget or would rather have a RGB backlight keyboard that you have to constantly reconnect and charge then opt for the other brand. ... show more

I’ve had my iPad Pro since 2019 (3rd gen) and have been wanting to get a keyboard for awhile now. I have always wanted the magic keyboard but I couldn’t justify spending 350 for a brand new one. I was just going to settle for the folio keyboard, but I just couldn’t let the magic one go. And when I found this listing I had to scoop one up. The keyboard I received is practically brand new. There was no evidence that it was pre owned which is awesome. Other reviewers say it “turns your iPad into a mini MacBook”, and they’re not wrong. The magnet holding the iPad to the keyboard is incredibly strong so you won’t have to worry about it slipping off and the entire thing is very sturdy. They keys are like the newer MacBooks; slim, not too clicky, and the backlighting is another huge plus. The screen can be angled slightly so you can have a better view, and you are able to use the keyboard and the touch screen simultaneously. The cherry on top is the trackpad. It really does tie everything together to make it really feel like a laptop. I’m very, very happy I purchased this keyboard and didn’t waste money on another one. If you are even considering this keyboard and can snag one at this price point, absolutely do it. You won’t regret it. ... show more

There was a small chip on the lateral left side of the keyboard. I’d have ignored it for a renewed product, but the bump on the top right made me return the product. Came in the original box, but was definitely a moderately used product. If you get your product with no damages, for the price it’s selling, that would be a great deal.     • Make the iPad Pro almost a laptop
I have tried far too many cases for my iPad Pro. I have ones that are good at storing the pen. I have ones that are great to watch a movie because the angle is perfect to watch in bed. This one has no room for the pen but is awesome as a stand to watch things. The trackpad and keys are wonderful. The keys feel perfect. My typing in bed improve immensely. The only negative is you still need to use the touch screen for somethings. Autofill being an example. I can live with it. I could not recommend this any higher. If you have a 12.9" iPad Pro this is the only accessory that you will need or want. ... show more
