This is a great product! It works great! It's easy to use, clean, and put together. I will admit storage is a bit tricky unless you keep it in a box. What I liked about this juicer. EVERYTHING!!! I'm a long time owner of juicers: Juiceman (really liked, but lid was somewhat tricky to clean , Juice Lady (stainless, but lid abd spout hard to clean, Norwalk (too much work) - and now Magic Bullet - THE BEST! Love it's compact size. Wonderful lid, EASY to clean with NO hard to clean narrow crevices. I give that a PLUS PLUS,PLUS. Plus the lid hooks to the pulp bin so there is no vibration gap and no leaks. I also use a plastic bag in that for super easy clean up. The sieve basket for me is also easy rinse and clean up. I don't need the handy little brush as my netted wash rag cleans any residue off the blade basket. And again, the container for the blade basket is really easy clean up. I was at first concerned it was a 4HP instead of 5, but it is super powerful with no drag when juicing carrots and apples. And, oh yes, the drip spout. Totally great idea as it makes cleaning the spout easy and possible, as on my other machines that was mission impossible. The feeding tube is plenty wide and the handy juice storage cup is actually a nice thought. Particularly that it has a round bottom to it, again, for EASY cleanup.
