I really love this bracelet and it actually works for me! I've been wearing it for about a week now. The first thing I noticed is that I'm sleeping better - I went from 4 hours a night to 7-8 hours a night. I feel more rested. My back and hip pain is definitely better - it was always come and go, but now is so much milder. Also, a real surprise for me was total lack of appetite. I'm fasting so much longer and eating so much less bc food has no real appeal to me anymore. I noticed this the first day that I put it on....is this coincidence? I don't know, but I'm enjoying it!
