I am very sensitive to the quality of sound so was sure I am doing right thing buying violin online based only on very positive reviews. I found the sound so beautiful - unbelievable for this price - as many others said in their reviews. However, few important points to notice: 1. The quality of strings is way way below what it should be for this good instrument - so originally sound was so bad - I could not suffer it - that I thought returning the violin same day. But giving a credit to positive reviewers I bought good strings: Obligato 4/4 Violin String Set - Medium Gauge - with Gold Ball-end E & Silver D (you may find it in Amazon) - and this fixed major part of the problem 2. Notice: You may need to fix carefully the position of the bridge : for these good instruments even a tiny shift of the bridge matters a lot. After doing these two steps I uncovered really beautiful sound of the instrument. So finally I definitely recommend this violin for those who really cares about sound but cannot spend $5K. My advise to the seller: Instead of 2 bows (cannot tell much about their quality - as I am using my bow) - you would do better providing the instrument with really good strings - appropriate for this good instrument. ... show more

Everything is Perfect on this 2 piece back, I think better than the one piece Violin. The Bow brings out a robust full strong sound even on my other violins.
