It doesn't always leak. Maybe it's when used to many days in a row? But it keeps things cold and is easy to use on those shopping trips in the heat here in Texas. It is a little annoying that a is emotion or because there is no walll support it becomes awkward. It does fold down well for storage though. So over all a great soft side cooler.

This is an awesome lunch bag for my husband who works in a factory. He likes all the different compartments it has. Holds four ice packs flat across on the bottom and keeps his lunch and drinks cold. Has had it for four months so far and has had zero issues with it.

We used this on an 18 hour drive that we split into 2 days in August. Food was still cold when we arrived. I froze water bottles to use as ice and to double as water for the road, so I don't know if it's leak proof. It is well made and it holds more then you can imagine.
