I absolutely love this light-cream colored chenille duvet cover. It reminds me of my grandma's bed. I put a Serta down alternative comforter inside and it looks so puffy, comfortable and warm. I brought it to the laundromat to wash so not sure how much fuzz fell off while washing and drying there, but it hasn't been shedding at all since I put it on my bed. So unfortunately, I had a cat get sick multiple times all over this bed spread. Gross I know. At the moment it happened I wasn’t able to deal with it and it got stuffed in the laundry room. This duvet cover is very nice and fits our Decour perfectly. It reminds me of my grandma‘s old bedspread. Ha which like everything comes back around. It is definitely a modern farmhouse look. It is relatively soft, bright, white, and medium weight. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is that it does shed initially. Plan on washing it a couple of times before putting it on your bed. Prepare to clean your dryer lint catcher at least four times during the drying. Then shake it out and you will absolutely love this duvet set ... show more

I think we all know someone with the tufted quilts or coverlet. My Grammy would have adored this set. Very nice. It does shed a lot in the wash the first time. Had to dry twice to get all the fuzz. Still beautiful with two lint traps full. Well update if it continues to shed. It was hard to find a set that coordinated with my very antique toile curtains. This works very well. ... show more

I wanted to love this duvet set but I just don’t. I purchased the king size and the sizing is a little off, it’s a bit smaller than I thought it would be. The coloring is a bit off as well, the duvet is one color and the shams are a darker color with lighter design. I washed the shams (with just a splash of bleach) hoping that maybe they would fade some to match the duvet…but no luck. I have purchased the same type of duvet from Madison Park in the past and I love it…but it was white so the coloring issue wasn’t a problem with that one. It’s too much of an inconvenience to return it but I doubt that I keep it on my bed. ... show more
