Love this chenille duvet. I love cotton chenille and this is absolutely gorgeous. It has a nice weight to it so my down comforter doesn’t slide around like other covers I’ve had. It is beautiful. Highly recommend.

I absolutely love this light-cream colored chenille duvet cover. It reminds me of my grandma's bed. I put a Serta down alternative comforter inside and it looks so puffy, comfortable and warm. I brought it to the laundromat to wash so not sure how much fuzz fell off while washing and drying there, but it hasn't been shedding at all since I put it on my bed. This duvet would look very pretty on any bed that's styled in an old fashioned way. I've bought this brand of Madison Park before and have been very satisfied.

Buy it but be prepared

The reviews were correct. The white fluff will initially come off on everything. Wash it alone, and be prepared to change your dryer filter often during the dry cycle for the first few washes. It will become manageable after that. I love the look and it has held up well. Buy it, but be prepared.

The first one I ordered showed up with a black stain in the center and a hole. I assume this was a used item and the fault is on Amazon for reselling it. The replacement appeared new and in good condition, however the chenille part is not very soft, more rough like a low quality bath towel. It also sheds so bad. I’ve now washed it 3 times trying to control the lint but it continues to shed and dust up my room. Also the description states that it is white, it is not its cream colored. I wish it was softer and better quality Update - 3 washes later and it broke my dryer machine. The chenille fuzz completely falls apart and creates so much dust and dander. It completely clogged the lint trap way beyond repair and broke the heating unit of the machine. Of course it is 1 day passed the return date to get my money back. Trash quality and resulted in me having to purchase new appliances..

FINALLY!!! A duvet boho tropical duvet set that is not made of cheap polyester material! This Madison Park Tufted Chenille 100% Cotton Duvet Set is GORGEOUS!!!!!! The quality and the weight of this duvet as well as the style far surpass anything I have seen or purchased in the past. If you are hesitant about purchasing this, don't be. The only think you will regret about buying it is that you didn't do it sooner!

So this duvet cover is beautiful. It’s not as soft as it looks in the picture. It’s a stiffer cotton but still soft. It’s a crisp cotton not a T-shirt type cotton. The color is bright white. And unlike the other reviews this has not been shedding ( I washed it before putting it on my bed & there was a considerable amount of lint in my dryer filter but nothing over the top) and there was no weird smell to it . Great quality for the price I am very pleased with it.

Beautiful but possible construction problems.

I love this duvet cover. It’s beautiful, the material feels great. However, after 3 weeks of use and 1 wash. It’s already tearing. I would recommend to anyone to check all the seams, The duvet developed a tear along the seam after only a few weeks of use. It looks like the stitching was too close to the edge or not properly reinforced, causing the fabric to pull apart rather than the thread breaking. Customer service has been great and is replacing the duvet cover. 3 stars because if the construction of the duvet was done correctly, this wouldn’t be an issue.
