This is not a supplement that has a noticeable outcome because it is designed to nourish the retina. Only an eyecare specialist will know at visual exams what the health of the retina is. However, it is highly recommended by Optometrists and Ophthalmologists to include daily because it is so difficult to get all the nutrients in food that feed the retina. I didn't know about this until I was in my early 70's and had already developed early signs of Macular Degeneration. Beware I have been trying to cancel this automatic subscription because they sent so many bottles I have way too much but now they are sending me another tomorrow. They told me several months ago that it was cancelled but I guess they lied. Be careful ordering from these people.

I started getting "floaters" in my eyes. Those small black specs that seem to swirl around when you're in the sun. I don't know what made me try this but I did and now I'm on my third bottle.
