A little bit goes a long way. A single swipe is all I need. After I apply in the morning, when I take a tissue to dab off excess, not much lipstick transfers to the tissue. The lipstick sets fast! It doesn't bleed past the lip lines like other lipsticks and indeed has a matte finish. I can eat and drink without a lot of smudging, especially when I drink coffee in the morning. The lipstick doesn't feel heavy nor cake. The lipstick initially has a strong perfume smell and taste during the first application but it seems to diminish after the first opening.

This lipstick (N101) from Maange is a pretty, shade of medium brown that was pretty true to the color in the photo description. It blends easily into your lips with its bold but not overpowering color. The matte color lasted for several hours, but definitely not 24 hours. Maybe that was because I felt my lips were too dry while I was wearing it and I was often pressing my lips together for moisture. My lips were fairly hydrated initially so I don't feel this is a hydrating product. This matte lipstick did not settle into the creases of my lips as some matte lipsticks do so that was a big positive. I found i like to add a bit of gloss to keep my lips hydrated but that looses the matte effect. I can say it did not smear on my arm when I tried for the photo. This is the typical twist up tube of lipstick, however you had to twist the cap closed, not just pushing down to snap in place. That's taking some getting used to and I have dropped the tube several times when I thought the lid would have been secured. Definitely a good price for lipstick that will last but make sure your lips are hydrated well to withstand the matte finish.

This is a nice matte lipstick. The tube arrives in a box. The tube is a standard lipstick, pull off the cover and twist to extend the color. Apply, then retract the color and replace the cover. The tube is sturdy and can sit on the dressing table or be tucked in a purse or backpack. The color lasts, I did not need to touch up during the day. And I love this shade of red, not bright but a muted red, almost a brick red. I barely know I have color on my lips, and yet it smooths and evens my lips making a nice finish. Highly recommend!

Starting with the tube, this is far from my favorite. The lid locks into place with a small twist, but untwisting it raises the lipstick inside. Seems like it shouldn't, but every time it is opened the product is flattened from hitting the lid. The product isn't held by anything in the tube, so that may have some part of the blame. If I am not very, very careful the pigment stick pops out of the whole thing and lands on the counter or floor. I have done that several times now, and have to clean the outside with alcohol for hygiene's sake. This alone is all it takes to explain my review score. Poor design, not worth it. It is a little sad, though, because the product itself has a texture that I find a little appealing. It almost feels like powder on my lips, very light and dry, but not dried out in a bad way. The color is alright, much darker than it looks in pictures but still pretty.

Unfortunately this is not my color, but I’m not going to base my review off that. It’s way too dark for my complexion, but that’s my bad for not choosing the right shade. I like how the cap kind of locks in place so it doesn’t accidentally come off in my purse and make a mess. It glides on smooth except for my inner lip where it gets a little wet, it did not want to adhere to that part. When I turned the tube upside down to check the color with the cap off, the lipstick completely fell out. It wasn’t difficult to put back in but not a good first impression in my opinion. Overall, it’s a no for me, but it might work better for someone else who doesn’t have dry lips.

I have this matte lipstick in the color N504 which is a lovely shade of mauve brown. So often the colors online are misleading but this is truly a warm mauve brown leaning color that is not pink or red or peachy. It has a creamy consistency that applies easily with no dragging. It has a matte finish and is drying to my lips, but I find most every matte lipstick drying. It does not come off with water, and quite frankly, the sample line I drew on my hand didn't come off with hand soap or dish soap. It only came off when I used makeup remover. It stays on for hours and doesn't bleed into the lines around my lips. I am pleasantly surprised by how much I like this lipstick. It's affordably priced.

The case gives it the appearance of a high-end brand of lipstick. The color goes on soft and smooth. There is a slight chemical odor upon application that I'm not particularly fond of, but it doesn't linger—a decent lipstick.

This lipstick’s component is beautiful and well-made. The formula provides my lips with a soft, matte finish which I love, yet it’s still moisturizing and hydrating. It doesn’t feel sticky or thick and heavy, and the color is gorgeous! I applied this and it lasted almost all day, even while drinking and eating without smudging or budging. The texture is lightweight, and even though it’s a matte finish, it doesn’t leave my lips feeling dry, which is a huge plus for a matte lip product. Overall, this is an excellent quality lipstick at a great value!
