Read updates My MB200S came defective from manufacturer. The rear rim and sprocket are bent. Reason I'm giving 5 stars is because of the amazing Customer service I got from Massimo. I contacted their CS and left a message. Very shortly I got a call back. CS Representative (very nice) after I explained the issues. Offered too refund my money, replace parts or send me a new bike. I asked for replacement parts. Next day CS called me and was very apologetic that they did not have parts on hand yet and that it would be a unreasonable time before manufacturer could get them shipped to me. Again they wanted to send me a new bike. Since mine came with a 7.5hp instead of the advertised 6.5hp and that I had already changed oil, pulled stickers etc.. I did not want to do this. I asked if they could just refund me cost of replacement parts. CS Rep. said she would ask manager, but did not see a problem. Within a few hours, a refund had been generated. Now this is awesome Customer Service, you will be hard pressed to find many other companies that would do this ! I'm very impressed and happy with Massimo and I do like the MB200S. I'm 6' around 225lbs and its comfortable for me. The Suspension handles my size great. The stock engine runs great and seems strong. Only thing I do wish it came with is a chain tensioner on the swing arm. Update 1/11/23 I replaced damaged during assembly parts ! Found out there is more issues. The swing arm is bent/warped and where some paint came off weld near axle mount, there is a hole all the way through the weld. The engine has a 7.5hp sticker, but it's a 196cc that stock is no where near 7.5hp. With no parts support only option is replacement or refund. So I have to change the 5 stars to 2 stars. I do not suggest buying it, until they do have parts available. This mini is not for a Novice, need some mechanical skills if you want too do upgrades etc. 1/18/23 got new swingarm, still have chain alignment issues. The engine plate was welded on 1/2-5/8" off. So they actually tried bending the swingarm etc.. to compensate for this, which created multiple other issues. The MB200S is a nice design, but there is some serious QC issues. If you get one damaged, dont even attempt fixing it, get it replaced or get a refund. Massimo sent me a replacement frame and it is also welded wrong. They're sending me a replacement bike and told me too go ahead and keep what I have, since there was so many issues. This does show that Massimo does care about the QC probs at Manufacturer. 2/27 Finally got the replacement ! Frame aligns better, but the engine on replacement has issues. Also cannot get chain tight enough with tensioners or moving engine, so removing links required, no prob for me since I work on minis/karts all the time, but it should not of come this way. In conclusion of what has become a true "Mini Series" I cannot suggest for anyone to currently purchase this mini. ... show more

I've ridden it for 2 hrs straight in one setting, the only issues I've had with it is parts not in the box when I got it but I was able to get them elsewhere, alternating tread on back tire, and chain adjusters striping out in the first 5 days. easy on an old back, and if you ride it on grass and wreck it it's a soft landing bc you can't go very fast, like slipping off a slead in snow, but I would get a new rear tire for it bc the alternating tread pattern makes it very slippery and unstable on softer paths or if the ground is at all wet just expect it to slip out from under you. So far I've replaced the gastank due to leaks, the foot pegs due to slips and no springs, and the chain adjustments, if you know a welder I suggest makeing our owne chain adjustments bc store bought ones are all trash, after labor they will run ya 25 bucks. But all around very fun for trails, light enough to go basically anywhere you could want to go given you have the core strength to help it along at times, but if you want a torque converter it will take a LOT of work, moving the engine and drilling your owne holes, bc the way the shocks are mounted gives you no room for one, sorry for the long review but it is an expensive thing so I figured the longer the better ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Would like this bike to do well so they come out with aftermarket parts. They now sell parts at Massimo but when it was the Mudstar they sold none. I have changed a few things. This bike is smaller then the trail master so you can move around easier. Fun bike but remember they sell no aftermarket parts so it’s buy and return game until they fit. ... show more

i wanted it with a torque converter. i got a good price direct from m.m. in tx . there is ample frame above the engine also if you do need to raise and push up the engine. ad for this unit doesnt say it has a clutch. vague as the mb200 says chain drive.
