Be careful with this item. It looks great, is light and comfortable but breaks easily. First, the handle stopped working, and then the zippers -until it became unusable. It fell apart during the trip and has to be thrown out and replaced for the trip back. Very disappointing.

I originally ordered a silver in color 20 carry-on it arrived when I unzip the suitcase. Both in liners are missing the zipper clasp. I thought it was a mistake so I ordered a replacement the second carry-on arrived. This time they sent me the wrong color they sent me a blue 20 inch carry-on I actually like the blue better than a silver but guess what this suitcase also doesn’t have a zipper clasp, which means that they don’t install the zipper class on any of the liners . I will need to go out and buy two clasp to add otherwise I’d like the suitcase functionality appearance, And maneuverability. I will now return the silver one since I know it’s product build flaw. ... show more
