Unless a purchaser obtains the "occasional clunker," the suggestion here is on receiving the item let the strings stretch out, even if a new set is immediately replaced for the stock strings. Once I let the strings stretch, all the uneasiness of a half-baked product dissipated. This instrument is a true value for those who "get" what good budget gear is about. - The neck is A BIT bowed, and thereby the action is not pristine. My suggestion, accustom yourself to the guitar as is. Give it a few months before considering an tweaks. - The woods throughout are very good, smooth and attractive. - My guitar has no significant fret issues of any sort. - The amplified tones are respectable, and the organic tones indicate a quality instrument. - All components are more than acceptable and were assembled on par with an excellent beginner instrument. ... I bought 2 of these one for my daughter and one for myself.. my daughters came perfect.. mine was a little rough on the fret bar edges. So I took an emery board nail file and smoothed out the edges and It feels great.. you can't beat it for the price

There is nothing not to love about it.It has jumbo frets 39 inches perfect sizw.Not to long not to short perfect .Jumbo frets which I love and is extremely light weight you will love playing it .and the sounds from the 5 way seletor switch actually work n u can hear the difference in tone it's awesome .Highly recommended n the price you can not go wrong or beat good quality attractive Beautiful electric guitar it's killer u will enjoy it .

The guitar is like perfect for a beginner like me. Everything works the way it should. The only negative is that the frets are pretty sharp at the ends and they practically cut into my skin when I move my hand along the neck of the guitar. I had to use a file to smooth them down. Otherwise it's a good guitar.

Guitar is honestly pretty nice. Couple spots where the finish is thin and has super cheap pickups but it was 100 bucks can't really complain. The fret sprout isn't too bad and neck feels pretty decent about like a squier I'd say. But that's about where the nice ends. The guitar came in a single super think box with a foam sleeve on it. The neck pocket has a huge split from the neck all the way to the screw along with another small one on the back. Essentially it's a time bomb til it breaks from the smallest bump against anything. I contacted lyxpro to give them a chance to redeem themselves and send me a new guitar seeing as this one is essentially trash and they pawned me off on Amazon returns. Personally I feel like I should be able to keep the junk guitar as an inconvenience it could be used as a wall hangar or given to a kid instead of trashed or resold to someone else. Either way I was planning on getting the t style guitar as well because of the great deal and ability to use these as project guitars but I'll be going with Glarry from now on. I honestly would of been cool with the quality of a cheap guitar if the customer service had stood behind it but if they aren't even going to stand behind their product I'd rather use another brand.
