I purchased this spray expecting a noticeable improvement in air quality, but the results have been disappointing. While it does release a strong fragrance immediately, the scent is much more intense than anticipated and can feel overwhelming in smaller spaces. Instead of creating a fresh environment, it tends to linger heavily and doesn’t always blend well with the room. In terms of effectiveness, I didn’t notice a significant difference in reducing odors beyond the initial burst of fragrance, which fades unevenly. The spray disperses quickly, but it doesn’t seem to provide lasting freshness or a balanced scent profile. I MAINLY use these for the odor elimination element, but it IS also a lysol air sanitizer, so it keeps the germs away!. The smell is strong enough to cover any unpleasant scents without being overpowering (which is what I was afraid of) it has an excellent lavender scent, unlike a lot of fake lavender scents which are very headache-y. I love the little notch on the back of the sprayer making it easy to push down. It has a great misty spray that covers a lot of area without getting everything wet like some air fresheners do. I have boys. That should be enough said. I have tried air freshners (spray and wall plug in types) and yet those seem like more of a mask the "funk" rather than address the dirty air issue. I am particular about scents and I knew spraying this in my son's room might be risky with linger oders - like you can tell you just sprayed this strong air freshner. It was especially tough buying it online since I couldn't smell it. I bought the clean linen scent and it is fine. I think if I had smelled this in the store I might not have bought it since it initially has an "I just sprayed something to mask the fact someone just blew up the bathroom" spray. BUT, not this stuff. The scent is light and it only lingers (if you want to call it that) for a few seconds. You can spray it moments before someone arrives and you wouldn't know other than the smell you are trying to get rid of is gone. I have been using it all the time and am so impressed. ... show more
