I have 3 plug ins and now just purchase these refills. One for the bath, one for the guest room and one for living room. Our small dog likes his potty pad in the living room so plug in there seems to help alot. Its never a strong smell, just kind of a background pleasant smell if you're trying to smell it, otherwise it isn't noticeable. I love this one, it lasts a while and smells great. It has some good coverage in bigger rooms but does even better in smaller ones. Leaves the room smelling fresh and is a nice smell to walk past, has you doubling back around lol.
