Updated- Seller responded to my email about a replacement cover. They don’t have spare parts, and offered to give me a new trampoline at no cost and without returning the one I ordered. They also said apologized and said they would contact production about the parts issue. I declined their offer, but it’s good customer support after all. This ISN'T WORTH THE EFFORT for the cost. Go buy a mini trampoline from a local sporting goods store or big box store and have it assembled. The tension of the springs made it VERY DIFFICULT TO ASSEMBLE, and my husband hurt this wrists attaching the springs. I had to help catch the end of each one in the metal triangle while he pulled each one down. ... show more
