These were purchased for arthritic pain relief. I am please with these so far, I'm tired of braceles breaking and the cost to fix is the same as buying a new one. Both the ring and bracelet were easy to adjust so they fit comfortably.

#1 Absolutely Fantastic GIFT, think MothersDay 2024! VERY Nice presentation gift box, fold-out explanation and small polishing cloth. I am new to magnet therapy but have loved copper forever! #2 Real turning point for myself was Dupuytrens Contracture (Vikings Curse), worst cramp ever wakes in middle of night with finger contracted up like a witches hand, cannot manually straighten it out. With surgery prescribed, stopped at a hardware store to (don't laugh) find something to splint, tie down my finger to sleep through the night. Found the Copper pipe connectors, like connects the water pipes coming to your faucets; comes in different widths so started trying them on my crazy finger. So 3/4" diameter fits like a ring and 1 1/2" length covers my knuckle. Stays on while I sleep and looks okay,got several compliments on my Really Cool Ring; so I wear it 24/7 for couple weeks. #3 Bottom line is It Worked! Worked so good, I never had the surgery and now several years out, still good 👍. That copper connector is #1, upfront in FirstAid box! #4 Copper will make your skin green, just means ITS WORKING, and green washes off easily with hand soap & water 💧. #5 Clean copper jewelry w/ketchup, yes like a McD's packet of ketchup 🍅. #6 ALL THIS & BEAUTIFUL, L❤️ve IT!

Ring was still too big for any of my fingers even though it was adjustable. I have small fingers. Bracelet is fine and I wear whenever I can. Very pretty.
