I’ll start by saying these will work perfect for what I needed them for. I got a pack of 6 of 8x11 prints for my sons room and wanted something simple to frame them in. They will go in a series on his wall and I’ll have enough leftover for another series (plus extras) if I choose to do another or something in his sisters room or somewhere else in the home. They are pretty lightweight and kind of dollar store quality frames so I think the price should reflect that. Even on sale for. $25 they are more expensive than dollar store frames and for the normal price of $36 they are more than double the price of dollar store. They have a plastic sheet rather than glass and plain cardboard on the back which adds to the reason I say they are not high quality frames. Like I said they will work for me and there’s nothing wrong with them, they just aren’t high quality by any means.

I really didn’t expect the world out of a 15-pack of frames currently priced at about $40, but I definitely got less than the value should have provided. I have several frames from Dollar Tree that are at least equivalent if not better quality than the best one out of this pack. Here’s a quick summary of the highs and lows of this product in my opinion. If you’d like more detailed information please read beyond the Pros/Cons and see the pics. Pros - Include an 8x10 white mat for each frame - Can be displayed vertically or horizontally, hung or sitting - Light weight makes mounting easier - Includes mounting pins and polishing cloth - Shipped with corner protectors and decent padding to prevent breakage - Glass free for easy cleanup if accidents happen Cons - Look ‘ok’ at best, very cheap at worst - 15 frames fit into a box that’s less than 7” wide - Corners don’t come together cleanly - NOT sturdy - By “HD Clear Plexiglass” they actually mean 'very thin acrylic sheet' - Packed with metal security tabs out to cause damage to other frames When the box arrived I thought there had to be a mistake. Not only was it way lighter than I had been prepared for, but it was too narrow. My initial thought before opening it fully was that they had sent a set of 5 frames instead of a set of 15. Nope, there really are 15 frames plus padding in this box that is only 7” wide. Each frame is less than a half-inch thick and weighs next to nothing. This makes them easier to hang I suppose, because you don’t need any heavy-duty mounting hardware, but it also makes them look very very cheap. When I disassembled the first frame I found that the security tabs on the back were mostly already up which was concerning. I pulled out the frame that had been next to it and found that the tabs had dug into the plastic and scratched the fake wood. Most of the frames are packed face to face or back to back, but 1 in every 5 will have indents and possible scratches. The “HD Clear Plexiglass” is actually a very thin and bendy acrylic sheet. The manufacturer did take the time to apply a protective sticker to each side to prevent the metal tabs they left up from scratching the surface. Once the stickers are removed the acrylic sheet looks very clear, but there is a slight stickiness to it that prevents them from being cleaned without leaving a mess of lint behind. In the end, I’m very disappointed with these and do NOT recommend them, especially at this price point. Maybe I’d pay up to a dollar each when purchasing in this type of bulk, but surely no more than that. The quality just isn’t there and I feel like not mentioning the depth of this frame and using the “HD Clear Plexiglass” line is borderline deceptive. I’m only giving these three stars rather than two because they ARE frames that arrived intact, they DO hold pictures, and you CAN use them without them falling apart in your hands. On a good sale, they would deserve closer to a 4-star rating.

This is a set of 15 frames with acrylic instead of glass, which is safer for handling and shipping, and still looks nice. The back has four metal pieces you can bend to put the photo or print into the frame. It fits 8x10" photos with the included white mat, or you can use them for 9x12" photos without the mat. Wood grain type texture on the black frames. Can be hung in either direction, or stood on a flat surface.

These are great frames. They are black wood and are super lightweight. I got a set of 15 and they are all 8 x 10's. I had some photos I wanted to hang in a room decorated in black trim and these fit the bill. Each one comes with a precut mat in white and can be used with or without the mat. They each have a light piece of plastic in them. The plastic is protected on both sides. They are set so they can be hung in either portrait or landscape orientation. I really love them and recommend them. Also, for a set of 15, I think this is a pretty good value for your buck.
