I like that the buttons are really easy to push and the plug works on American outlets..The defogger only covers a small square in the center of the mirror but it’s still a big enough area for me to see to shave and brush my hair/teeth. The bad parts are the electrical connection is one of the cheapest ways I’ve ever seen to hook a plug up with so I added some dielectric grease to help water proof the connection….The mirror has some minor flaws but nothing bad enough to return it over……….Overall I like it for the money it cost but if you want something perfect you might want to go with a higher priced name brand mirror instead of this one.

Update: Exchanged the first one for minor defects and received a replacement that is nearly perfect. The dimmable brightness is an added bonus. I love the mirror! I am amending my original review which was basically stating I'm going to return due to it not working. I continued to mess around with it and it began to work.. You definitely gotta shove the wires as far as possible into the connector to get a good connection. Once that happens, it works great. It's definitely not bright and appears to be more of a night/ambient light. It does have a small scratch at the top which is annoying because it's right under my light, but other than that, its great. I haven't tested the anti fog yet. The cord does protrude out the side but with a little thinking, you can pretty much have the mirror not sit do close to the wall at the top and it'll be pretty level. Overall, it's great and I can't wait to see how it hold up. Definitely transformed my bathroom from what I've been used to the last 3 years.
