Just moved in -wanted something fun -just put these up and ooohhhhh I Absolutely love them! Just like many of the reviews, I was really surprised by the quality. The velvet isn’t too thin or too thick, texture is a nice rich look, color is vibrant length and fit perfect. The pom-poms edging is attached well, tiebacks are a gorgeous touch and give it a really unique look- it’s just a good job all around if you want something, a little more luxurious and fun. I thought they might be too dark in my apartment but with white curtains that let the light in they work great! I have a couch that is confusingly somewhere between burgundy and maroon depending on the lighting so I was a little nervous as to the reds clashing. Oddly enough, it works just right between the way the light hits them both! I purchased other curtains for my room, before seeing these and now I am jones’in to get the gray version of these! When you think of ordering curtains, you don’t think they’re going to be as good quality as the ones that you can have custom-made or curtains you can purchase from Say Pottery Barn. I was worried that I would need to steam them to get wrinkles out of them after taking them out of the package but they arrived with no wrinkles at all! These were the perfect finishing touch for my vampire castle themed decor. They are so gorgeous and makes the room look so luxurious. The velvet is so soft, thick, heavy and I love the pom poms and the tassels. The rope for the tassels were very long and heavy and kind of difficult to tie, so I ended up separating them from the tassels and just put the tassels on the curtain hooks.. 10/10 ... show more

A) The curtains themselves are really pretty, theyre thick, colorful, and they’re going to be great for this winter to block the cold. B) The tiebacks that came with the curtains have snags in the rope part. The gold part of the rope has snags, and it’s really visible against the black part.
