I had a great comforter once - Warm, pillowy, geometric designs... And then I lost it somewhere in my journeys and all the places I have lived. Now as a new home owner, really needed to find something that could replace the un-replaceable. As any spendthrift would know, the costs associated with anything can be pennies on the dollar up to whatever you are willing to spend. Finding this product was originally what I thought to be my 'temporary/viability test.' If it could replace four of the half dozen blankets I use to keep warm, or even two of them (I don't like paying much for heat...), then this would be a win but also illustrate how much I might need to spend to get what I want. To my surprise, it is now all I need (with a sheet) to sleep soundly in what used to be best described as a 'nest' of slumberments. Win #1. #2? Kinda like the pattern. I was between black marble/white marble - wish there was a reversible set of options now. Or ways to bundle sets together, I suppose. #3?! Customer Service. In the packaging, simple card promises satisfaction, contact information, and upon delivery expectations. As someone who has had to work retail, customer service, and sales - it should be really clear when you can tell how passionate someone is about their products. No questions asked, for the lifetime of potential unstitching, fading, shrinking, breaking - they will take care of it. I was very much surprised and ended up perusing the company's selections. Truly and pleasantly surprised all around. I generally prefer all cotton/blend, or I would have rated higher on softness. Warmth should be a category to rate.... Seriously, every kid needs that one 'adult sized' blanket they bring around with them until they grow up. This will wear like iron.

We have been using the comforter for over a week now and I can confidently say that we got exactly what we needed. The comforter is very soft to the touch and fully performs its function. I was skeptical but I am pleasantly surprised. I wouldn’t say this is a super warm comforter but it is lightweight and very soft. The pillow cases are great. I have king pillows and they fit very well with plenty of room for a super fluffy pillow. The print is very nice. The only thing I’m going to zonk is I was hoping the comforter was bright white, it’s more of an off-white. Now let’s see how it wears!
