My pictures came out awesome!! I do a lot of abstract art and bought this light to enhance my photos to give them a different lighting affect. I like the lights because they are portable and comes in a very nice secure case. I got a tripod that I use for the light and I like that it came with the bracket to mount to it and I can rotate it and adjust to any angle. Battery life was pretty good lasted about 5 hours which was nice since I do a lot of work outside and sometimes I don’t have access to electricity. I like that it has a usb charger as well so I can always charge it with a portable battery if I need too. It comes with the remote to turn it on or off but I prefer the app because you can a lot more control over the colors which is a great feature. Ordering a few more to add to the collections and looking forward to getting creative with my art ... show more

Great lights. Came in handy for photoshoots and film. But after about 7 months and only used about 5 times. It stopped charging for no reason. Months later and it still doesn't work. Toatly disappointed 😞

    • Great light but terrible user interface and app
There’s a lot of cool features with this light but I’m deciding to return it because of how difficult it is to get it to connect to the app. I’ve worked with other lights that connect through apps via Bluetooth and this just doesn’t work as good. A note for the creators of this light, make an interface similar to Neewers light system where Bluetooth automatically turns on when the light is on and is easy to connect via its app. ... show more

We ordered 10 of these for a stage design we are building. the lights themselves are great however, when we were unboxing, every single one of the cases we pulled out of the sealed tube was COVERED in mold! every single one of them. Ordered 2 and 1 of them would not stay on while using remote or app. Once I got to try out the working one, it was fantastic. Great lighting easy to connect and use!! If the replacement come in and works as good as this one, I will be ordering more for my photography business!

    • Bought two, both dead after 11 months
Updating this review after a year. I bought two of these lights. Both won’t take a charge or turn on after 11 months and only were used maybe five times. One light starting flashing blue periodically after the second use as well. Total junk, don’t waste your money on this company. These lights are pretty amazing for the price. If I was a professional gaffer, I have course wouldn’t buy these as there are a few little flaws that could bug you. The first is that there is no Kelvin number for the controls, either on the light, the remote, or the app. If you want 4600K for instance, you’ll just have to eyeball it. The second is in the usage of the app. When you group the lights and select the same color, then desaturated the lights, they are both a slightly different color. It’s also slightly buggy. For instance, if you select the brightest red on the app, then desaturate the lights, they could turn totally green. You just just have to play around with it and be flexible. I’m not complaining for this price. I’m just planning on using them as accent lights for spaces when I’m on run-n-gun shoots ... show more

    • Decent but App control is bad
Durable and looks good in video/photos but getting it to sync w the app each time is very hit or miss which is VERY frustrating out in the field.
