I recently received my order. I purchased 2 16in Yaki Straight and as a first time Luvme Hair customer I’m unhappy - the hair looks butchered as if it was previously used by someone and they cut it trying to do layers or maybe even tried to cut the ends and they did a horrible job and decided to return it. At first I thought it was just a few pieces but then I realized that all of them were like that. Also it doesn’t give Yaki straight. It gives more like silky straight hair. The hair doesn’t hold a good curl either. 10 minutes outside and the curls literally fell as if I never did it. Other than those few complaints the hair is good. I wish I had of been able to actually enjoy it as a first time user of hair clips.

Oh my goodness!! I was hesitant at first. But wow!!! I added these extensions to my daughter’s hair for a banquet and the color blended so well with her hair color!! The quality was amazing! It’s easy to straighten, no smell. It’s easy to install. It’s soft and tangle free! I didn’t try washing it yet, but I will try it soon. It’s worth the price and it lasts long. They didn’t slip out her hair as she combed through it a detangler brush or fingers. I even pulled her hair, it remained in it’s place!!! I would have posted a picture if I’ve worn them, but it’s my daughter. Sorry
