When I first received this I thought I got the wrong item it was very light weight like a curtain. I took it out of the package the material was very silky. I was a beautiful bright red and the silver snowflakes show up nicely. My thoughts were this won’t hold up especially with my young grandchildren. I have a white plastic coated table pad on my dining room table to protect from spills and scratches that I thought would look awful with this table cloth but it didn’t even show through. Also I think it kept the tablecloth from sliding. The tablecloth laid beautifully on my table and flowed over the sides draping nicely without any wrinkles. It really looked nice and more expensive than what I paid. I got compliments on it and also comments that the kids would ruin it or stain it. As with every meal/party stuff got spilled on it, sticky hands on it, crumbs etc. I washed it the next day cold water gentle cycle. Put in in low heat dryer for 5 minutes and it looks like new still silky and no wrinkles. Definitely a good buy. ... show more

This is a very beautiful table cloth for Christmas just beware that it is a little thin and slides around on the table I actually put a cloth white one underneath it and it worked well that way also it came very wrinkled so I washed it only for it to still be wrinkled I am sure if you want to iron it it would be nice it didn't bother me enough to do that I actually think it is still a good buy for the money ... show more
