This Valance is excellent! Very well made and good tight weave of cotton. (OMG the price point was perfect too). I bought three to go over three windows in the kitchen. I needed a bit more privacy (neighbor’s house is a bit high next to our kitchen) than the sheers that I had previously purchased and these are perfect. They provide privacy but still let the light in. I love the farmhouse stripe. Shabby chic maybe but still looks very upscale accompanying the matelasse seat covers of the dining table. I absolutely love these curtains. The only problem was one package of panels was easily an inch, maybe even 1 and a half inches longer. I ended up putting a long panel on each end and a shorter panel on the inside. Otherwise, they look great.

Material and weight of the fabric is awesome. These have the linen look. I have the black striped 95" long. As you can see in the pics when closed the light coming through is muted. The ones on each side of my door I had to fold in half due to the width for the side lites on the door these I believe are 42" wide so I didn't need them that wide. They wash up really well and dried on low heat. I ironed them on linen setting. Will definitely purchase again for my bay window in the future when I finish painting and remodeling that area. ... show more
